Man Seriously Injured in New Street Assault

Kent Police rushed to New Street at 1.15pm on Thursday, 6 October after reports of a man being assaulted outside a property.

Air Ambulance Airlifts Victim to London Hospital

The victim, a man in his 40s, suffered a serious head injury and was flown by air ambulance to a London hospital. South East Coast Ambulance Service also attended the scene.

Two Arrested Over Brutal Attack

Police later arrested a 41-year-old man and an 18-year-old man, both from Folkestone, on suspicion of assault.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Detectives from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate are investigating. They want anyone who witnessed the attack or has dashcam footage to get in touch urgently.
