Man Charged with Murder After Milton Keynes NYE Clash
A 21-year-old man has been charged following a deadly New Year’s Day brawl in Milton Keynes that left one dead and another seriously injured.
Callum Aylett Held Over Fatal Walshs Manor Fight
Callum Aylett, from Walshs Manor, Stantonbury, was slapped with one count of murder and one count of attempted murder tonight. The charges relate to a violent altercation in the early hours of January 1st.
Victim Dies, Another Seriously Hurt in Early Morning Attack
Police were called just before 3am to reports of a fight in Walshs Manor. They found 18-year-old Jay Fathers and a 49-year-old man both badly injured. Despite hospital efforts, Jay sadly died. The older man remains in stable condition.
Aylett to Face Court This Monday
Callum Aylett is set to appear before Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on January 4th as the investigation continues.
