Man Arrested Over Mysterious Death of John Convey in Gillingham
A 41-year-old man has been arrested following the discovery of John Convey’s body in Gillingham.
Body Found in Twydall Lane
John Convey, 53, was found dead on a grass verge in Lower Twydall Lane just before 11.30pm on Thursday, 13 July 2023.
Kent Police Launch Major Investigation
Kent Police’s Major Crime Unit is probing the case. The arrested suspect, also from Gillingham, was taken into custody on Tuesday, 19 July. His cause of death remains unknown as officers continue their enquiries.
Man Bailed While Investigation Continues
The 41-year-old suspect has been bailed until Monday, 11 September pending further investigation.
