Teen Hit by Taxi in Portsmouth Hit-and-Run Horror
Police are hunting a taxi driver who fled the scene after a shocking collision with a 13-year-old cyclist in Portsmouth.
Young Cyclist Seriously Injured
The crash happened on Commercial Road at 4.30pm on Saturday, November 26. The teenager was thrown from his bike and suffered a serious leg injury.
Taxi Driver Stops Then Escapes
Witnesses say the driver, in a silver taxi or private hire car, initially stopped but then sped off without helping the injured boy.
Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Out
Officers want the taxi driver to come forward and anyone who saw the crash to share what they know.
