Sabina Nessa was brutally attacked and killed while walking through Cator Park in Kidbrooke, southeast London, on September 17. The school teacher was on her way to meet a friend when the horror unfolded near her home.
Man Charged with Murder
Police have arrested 36-year-old Koci Selamaj, who appeared in court this morning charged with Sabina’s murder. It is alleged he used a weapon nearly two feet long to strike her repeatedly before dragging her away unconscious.
Major Police Hunt Underway
The Met’s Specialist Policing teams have spent days combing the area. Officers have also launched a search in dense woodland between the A21 and Tunbridge Wells as the investigation intensifies.
