Teen Left Fighting for Life After Brutal Canterbury Attack
A teenage boy remains in serious condition following a nasty assault in Canterbury. The shocking attack happened on Whitefriars Street at around 6pm on Thursday, 6 June 2019.
Cops Launch Serious Crime Probe

Emergency crews, including the South East Coast Ambulance Service and an air ambulance, rushed the victim to hospital. His injuries are severe.
Five Teens and One Adult Arrested
- 16-year-old boy from Canterbury
- 16-year-old girl from Canterbury
- Two 15-year-old boys from Canterbury
- 17-year-old boy from Margate
- 44-year-old man with no fixed address
All five teenagers were arrested on suspicion of assault. The man faces charges of assisting an offender. All suspects have since been released on bail as police continue their inquiries.
Police Hunt Further Witnesses
Officers thank the public for their help so far but urgently appeal for more witnesses to come forward.
