New Arrest Shakes Sheffield Shooting Case
Detectives have made another arrest in the hunt for the killer of 19-year-old Kevin Potuka, who was shot dead in Sheffield’s Page Hall on December 12. Kevin died from a single gunshot wound, a post-mortem confirmed.
Woman Arrested Over Assistance to Offender
On December 31, police arrested a 38-year-old Sheffield woman on suspicion of helping an offender. She has since been released on bail as the investigation continues. This latest arrest bumps the total to eight.
Multiple Arrests Made in Murder Probe
- Six Sheffield men, aged 21 to 41, were previously arrested for murder but released on police bail.
- A 20-year-old woman was also detained earlier this week for assisting offenders and is currently on bail.
