Bromley Woman Found Guilty of Fatal Battersea Crash
Adele Okojie-Aidonojie, 23, from Edgeborough Way, Bromley, has been convicted of causing the deaths of two passengers in a brutal convertible crash in Battersea, South West London.
The tragic smash claimed the lives of Rida Boutjettif, 24, and Mary Macharia, 23. Another passenger, Ben Sidibe, 23, suffered serious injuries, including a fractured arm and brain bleed.

At the Old Bailey, prosecutor Sally Mertens revealed chilling details of the crash. Okojie-Aidonojie denied emergency help at the scene and falsely claimed a hit-and-run to police. She also lied about drinking alcohol after the collision to dodge being over the legal limit.
Okojie-Aidonojie claimed her hand was tugged, causing her to lose control. But the jury saw through her story, finding her guilty after just 90 minutes of deliberation.
