Steven Lock, 56, from Willingdon Way, St Leonards, has been hit with 17 serious sexual offence charges. The allegations stretch across three decades, involving nine counts of rape, five counts of indecent assault, and three counts of causing unnecessary suffering to a child.

Police say Lock’s crimes span the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s. The victims include two women, two boys, and two girls — all people Lock knew personally. The scale and duration of the abuse have shocked the local community.

Bail Granted, Court Date Set for July
