Teen Charged with Attempted Murder Over Lambeth Shooting
Detectives have charged an 18-year-old man in connection with a shocking Lambeth shooting back in February.

Kieron Thompson, 18, of no fixed abode, was hit with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon charges on Saturday, 18 April. He was due to appear at Croydon Magistrates’ Court the same day.
Gunshots Fired on Wandsworth Road
The charges stem from a violent incident on Wandsworth Road, SW8, shortly before 6.30pm on 9 February. Police were called to reports of gunfire. Armed officers rushed to the scene and found an 18-year-old man suffering from both gunshot and stab wounds.
Investigation Moves On
Another suspect, a 20-year-old man arrested on 26 January, has since been released under investigation as the inquiry continues.
