Three Men Found Guilty of Brutal Teen Stabbing in Feltham
Justice has been served for 19-year-old Tyler Donnelly, who was fatally stabbed last January in Hanworth Park, Feltham. Keith Preddie, 34, Daniel Matos, 23, and Joshua Cowley, 29, have been convicted of his murder after denying knowing the teen.
The trio appeared at the Old Bailey following a tense five-week trial. The Metropolitan Police cracked the case thanks to hours of CCTV footage and electronic data pinpointing the killers at the scene. Tyler suffered multiple stab wounds, including a fatal injury to his neck, and died at the scene.
Knife Crime and Drugs: Police Issue Stark Warning
“My thoughts and those of my team remain with Tyler’s family, who endured the horror of reliving that terrible night in court,” said Detective Chief Inspector Brian Howie. “Each defendant played a part in this horrific violence. Our team worked relentlessly to make sure they faced justice.”
Howie also pointed to a chilling connection between drugs and violent crime: “This case also shows the devastating impact drugs have on our communities. Tackling drug supply is vital to stopping violence like this tearing families apart.”
