Toddler Hospitalised After Horrific Dog Attack in Swindon

A two-year-old boy was rushed to hospital with serious facial injuries following a shocking dog attack at a Swindon home.

Emergency crews were called to a property on Homington Avenue, Badbury Park, on Sunday afternoon, 30 November, after the toddler was viciously bitten.

Mother Arrested Over Dangerous Dog Charges

Wiltshire Police confirmed the child was given urgent medical treatment. A woman in her 20s, believed to be the toddler’s mother, was arrested on suspicion of owning or controlling a dangerously out-of-control dog causing injury.

The dog was seized by officers, though its breed has not yet been officially confirmed.
