Two Young Men Stabbed to Death in Halifax Horror

Detectives have launched a murder probe after a brutal stabbing in Halifax left two young men dead. Officers rushed to Commercial Street at 3.48am yesterday following reports of an attack on three men.

Fatal Stabbings Leave Families Devastated

The victims, aged 21, 19, and 18, were all rushed to hospital with stab wounds. The 21-year-old died shortly after arrival. The 19-year-old, critically injured, also passed away late last night. The 18-year-old remains in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Three Arrested as Police Hunt for Truth

Police have arrested three males — two aged 18 and one 19 — who are currently in custody. The Homicide and Major Enquiry Team is leading the investigation.

Detective Chief Inspector Matt Holdsworth said, “This is an extremely serious incident which has resulted in the death of two young men and a further man injured.”

Specialist officers are supporting grieving families while detectives plead for public help. DCI Holdsworth urged anyone who witnessed the attack or has dashcam or phone footage to come forward.

Community Appeals and Police Enquiries Ongoing

“We are doing everything we can to investigate all possible lines of enquiry to understand the full circumstances of what took place,” said DCI Holdsworth.

A strong police presence remains on the scene as forensic teams comb for clues.
