Jaguar F-Pace Theft Sparks Police Pursuit

Kent Police launched a dramatic chase in New Ash Green after a white Jaguar F-Pace was reported stolen from a Gillingham address near Maidstone Road just before 8.30pm on Tuesday, March 12, 2024.

Nuisance Driving Leads to Arrests

The very next day at midday, the same vehicle was spotted causing trouble with nuisance driving in Caxton Close, Longfield. Officers on patrol tracked down the stolen car and tried to pull it over.

Two Men Caught, Third Still at Large

A short pursuit ended on Church Road in New Ash Green where three men jumped out and fled on foot. Police quickly nabbed two suspects — a 20-year-old from Chatham and another from Longfield — both arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft. They’ve been bailed until June 4 while investigations continue.

Kent Police are still hunting for the third man involved in the getaway.
