Gruesome Assault and Drug Charges Hit Two Men in Tonbridge Village

Violent Incident Rocks Quiet Village

At around 8.50pm on Wednesday 24 April 2024, a shocking assault took place at a property in a peaceful village. The incident has led to serious charges against two local men.

Two Men Slapped with Serious Charges

Jimmy Capper, 30, from Medhurst Gardens, Gravesend, and Adam Cooke, 26, of Pearsons Green Road, Brenchley, Tonbridge, are facing charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, following an investigation by north Kent CID.

Drug Supply and Dangerous Driving Allegations

Both Capper and Cooke have also been charged with possession of cocaine and cannabis with intent to supply. To make matters worse, Cooke faces an additional charge of dangerous driving.

Legal Proceedings Underway

The pair appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday 26 April. They were remanded ahead of a Maidstone Crown Court hearing set for Monday 27 May.
