Two Men Sentenced Over Kyron Lee’s Tragic Death in Slough
Justice inches forward in the heartbreaking case of 21-year-old Kyron Lee. Two men have been handed jail time following a brutal attack that ended Kyron’s life in Slough.
Prison for Accomplice, Suspended Sentence for Phone Refusal
Ahmad Hassan, 24, from Blackwell Court, Slough, was slammed with four years behind bars for assisting an offender. Meanwhile, Fuad Nur, 27, of Graylands Close, Slough, escaped prison but was hit with an 18-month suspended sentence. Nur was also ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and pay £2,000 in costs for refusing to hand over his mobile phone PIN when asked.
Reading Crown Court Delivers Verdict
These sentences were passed down at Reading Crown Court on October 27, 2023, following a tough investigation by Thames Valley Police. On September 15, Hassan was found guilty of assisting an offender, and Nur guilty of failing to provide his phone PIN. Both verdicts were unanimous.
During the trial, Hassan was cleared of two other charges of assistance, while Nur was acquitted of one charge of assisting an offender.
How Kyron Lee Lost His Life
The nightmare began on October 2, 2022, around 8:50 pm, when reports came in of a male seriously injured in Waterman Court, Cippenham. Kyron Lee had collided with a car while riding his bike on Earls Lane.
After the crash, several people jumped out of the car and chased Kyron into Waterman Court, where he was viciously attacked. The attackers then fled in their car.
Paramedics from the South Central Ambulance Service rushed to the scene, but Kyron was pronounced dead shortly after 9:45 pm.

The sentencing marks a significant move towards justice for Kyron’s untimely death. Thames Valley Police and the courts have shown resolve in holding those involved to account.
