Two Drug Dealers Jailed in Surrey Crackdown
Rabbi Luaka, 22, from Chessington, was slammed with a four-year, two-month prison sentence at Guildford Crown Court on Wednesday (3 March). He was found guilty of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, including crack cocaine and heroin.
County Lines Kingpin Busted
Luaka was arrested on 28 July 2020 after a joint operation by Metropolitan Police and Surrey officers raided his home. Authorities uncovered multiple mobile phones linking him as the main operator of the notorious ‘Jimmy’ County Line drug network.
Another Drug Dealer Also Locked Up
Jaylord Nsawu, 24, from Scunthorpe, was nabbed on the same day during a stop-and-search on Chertsey Road, Addlestone. The driver and a pedestrian were suspected of dealing drugs. Nsawu admitted to possession with intent to supply Class A substances and received a three-year, four-month jail term.
Police Celebrate Victory Against County Lines
“This is a great result for us as it puts an end to the ‘Jimmy’ County Line,” said Investigating Officer PC Katherine Stevens. “Putting two more dealers behind bars shows our commitment to tackling County Lines drug dealing and its devastating impact on Surrey communities, including violence, exploitation, anti-social behaviour, and thefts.”
