A 25-year-old NHS worker linked to University College London Hospitals is suspected of murdering her beloved two-year-old daughter before ending her own life. The tragic deaths occurred at the £500,000 property in Drake Court, part of the exclusive Old Meadow Lane estate, Hounslow, on Monday afternoon.
Emergency services rushed to the flat shortly after 4pm but both mother and child were pronounced dead at the scene.

Disturbing Past Misconduct Revealed
Documents from a 2019 hearing disclosed troubling details about Bagoan’s NHS career. Registered as an Operating Department Practitioner, she was found to have taken vials of powerful drugs – Rocuronium and Propofol – from University College London Hospitals for personal use. This conduct was deemed dishonest and led to concerns over her fitness to practise.
Police Confirm Ongoing Homicide Investigation
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.”
The probe is being led by the Met’s Specialist Crime Command (Homicide). “While the investigation is at an early stage, officers do not currently believe anyone else was involved in this incident,” added the spokesman.
