WANTED MAN CAUGHT AFTER FOOT CHASE IN PENGE
Met Police officers have hauled in a man wanted on a court warrant in a dramatic arrest in Penge.

The suspect was spotted by officers from the Penge and Crystal Palace teams who immediately gave chase. Despite the suspect’s attempt to dodge capture, he was caught after a brief foot pursuit and taken into custody.
Four Months’ Hunt Comes to an End
This arrest is a major win for the police, ending a four-month-long effort to track down the individual.
“A male has been arrested today in #Penge after local officers from #Penge and #CrystalPalace recognised him as being wanted on warrant by the courts. After a short foot chase, he was detained and arrested. This is a good result as he had been wanted for four months,” said Penge MPS.
