Woman Charged Over ASDA Security Guard Murder
Tragedy at Westway Retail Park
A grim scene unfolded at an ASDA store in Forfar on Sunday evening. Police were called to the Westway Retail Park at 7.30pm following a serious incident.
Sadly, the security guard was pronounced dead at the scene.
Natasha Smith in Court
Natasha Smith, 37, appeared at Forfar Sheriff Court on Tuesday charged with the murder of the security guard. She faces theft charges, two counts of assaulting retail staff, and culpable homicide.
No Plea Entered
During the hearing, Smith made no plea. She was remanded in custody and is due back in court within eight days.
