Man Acts Suspiciously in Broad Daylight
A man was spotted behaving oddly at a Hothfield nature reserve around 1.30pm on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. When a member of the public confronted him, he quickly fled the scene, heading towards Maidstone Road.
Description and Police Appeal
Police say the suspect is a white male in his thirties, wearing a balaclava, hat, green coat, and black trousers. Officers are actively investigating the incident.
