Nottingham Man Busted for Two Shocking Indecent Exposure Attacks

Police swooped in Nottingham city centre early on Thursday after a man allegedly exposed himself to two women in separate incidents.

Man Approaches Woman on Castle Gate Before Fleeing

Officers were called to Castle Gate around 4.15am on 12 January after a man approached a woman walking home. Before she could push him away, he exposed himself.

Second Incident at Bentick Road Bus Stop

Later that evening, at about 10pm, another woman waiting for a bus on Bentick Road in Radford was also targeted. The same man reportedly exposed himself before sprinting off down the road.

Police Arrest 22-Year-Old Suspect

Nottinghamshire Police quickly arrested a 22-year-old man on suspicion of two counts of indecent exposure.

“This was an upsetting incident for these two women, and they are being supported by officers,” said Detective Sergeant Lisa Jones. “We moved fast and our thorough investigations led to the suspect’s arrest.”

“We take offences like this extremely seriously. Although we have arrested a suspect, we want to speak to any witnesses or anyone with more information.”
