Brutal Attack in Horsham Park: Police Hunt Teen Thugs

Police are urgently searching for witnesses after a man was violently assaulted in Horsham Park.

Youth Gangs Pounce in Broad Daylight

At around 4.55pm on Sunday, October 16, officers rushed to reports of a man being punched and kicked by a group of teens aged 15 to 18. The victim was cycling when the gang shoved him off his bike and launched a savage attack. Despite getting back on his feet, he was chased down and beaten again.

Good Samaritans Step In as Attackers Flee

Observers rushed to the victim’s aid, forcing the attackers to flee towards the Kaya in the Park restaurant. The victim suffered multiple facial injuries and was rushed to hospital for treatment. Thankfully, he has since been discharged.

Police Seek Crucial Video Evidence

Officers believe a witness may have filmed the assault on their mobile phone. They are urging anyone with footage or information to come forward immediately.
