Police are hunting witnesses after a brazen burglary on Graemar Lane, Sherfield English. The theft happened between 1.50pm and 2.20pm on Tuesday 8 June, while the homeowners were out.
Thieves forced their way into the property and made off with a stash of precious jewellery – including two pairs of diamond earrings, two watches, and a jewellery box packed with sentimental items.

Officers urge anyone who was in the area or spotted suspicious activity to come forward. Got dash cam or CCTV footage? It could crack the case.
“We’re especially keen to speak to a man seen riding a red motorbike nearby during the time of the burglary,” said a spokesperson.
