A bus has smashed into the Poggenpohl Kitchen Design Centre on Lavender Hill, South London, during the chaotic morning rush hour. Passengers remain trapped on the top deck as emergency teams race to free them.
Casualties Reported Amid Rush Hour Chaos
Police confirm there are reports of casualties following the crash near Clapham Junction, one of London’s busiest commuter hubs. All emergency services, including multiple ambulance crews and a Hazardous Area Response Team (HART), are on the scene.
Rescue Efforts Underway
The London Ambulance Service said: “We have a number of ambulance crews and one HART team at the incident.” Rescue workers are currently battling to reach those trapped inside the wreckage.
