Massive UK Police Haul: Guns, Drugs, Cash and Stolen Dogs Busted
Police smashed a major crime ring, seizing ten weapons, £2,800 cash, £3,000 worth of cannabis, and £500 of cocaine in a series of raids across Wiltshire.
Drug and Weapon Ringleaders Nabbed in High-Stakes Bust
- Officers swooped on a College Road, Trowbridge address, confiscating huge amounts of cash and drugs.
- A 22-year-old and a 26-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of drug offences. The older suspect was released under investigation, while the younger is now in Avon and Somerset custody for outstanding charges.
- In Southwick, cops followed a suspicious car to Trowbridge and arrested a 30-year-old man for suspected Class A drug supply and drug driving. He’s also been released under investigation.
Young Suspects, Dangerous Weapons, and Stolen Pooches
- A search in Frome uncovered more illegal drugs and paraphernalia.
- A 16-year-old boy from Melksham was arrested on cannabis supply suspicion but later de-arrested as enquiries continue.
- Officers stopped and searched two teenagers in Melksham, seizing two knives and cannabis.

“Despite the national lockdown, we are continuing proactive and reactive work, disrupting criminals who harm our communities,” said DI Smith from Operation Fortitude.
“The public worries about illegal drug supply and related violence. These weapon seizures show the scale of the problem, and yesterday’s raids are making our streets safer.”
