Aggravated Burglary Shakes Bromley
Police have issued a striking e-fit of a man wanted over a brazen break-in on West Street in Bromley. The robbery happened just after 5am on Monday, February 5, when two offenders forced their way into a home.
They stole jewellery and threatened the female occupant in a terrifying early-morning raid.
CCTV Captures Fleeing Suspects
Security cameras caught the duo sprinting away at around 5:30am, dressed in dark clothes, heading from East Street towards Widmore Street and Market Square.
One Man Bailed, Police Still Seeking Second Suspect
A 23-year-old man was arrested in connection with the crime but has now been bailed until mid-May as inquiries continue.
The man in the e-fit is described as stocky, about 5ft 8in tall, wearing a blue hoodie and sporting dark facial hair.
Police Urge Public to Help Crack Case
“We are putting extra officers on the streets to prevent further offences and are determined to find this man,” said PC Emma Frost, leading the investigation.
“If you recognise the individual in the e-fit, please contact police quoting reference CAD 900/05FEB.”
The force is appealing to Bromley locals to come forward with any information that could help bring the suspect to justice.
