Delivery Driver Assaulted and Van Stolen in Senacre

Drama unfolded on Graveney Road, Senacre, at 5.30pm on Saturday 12 February 2022. A delivery driver was reportedly attacked as he returned to his parked van – and moments later, the vehicle was stolen.

Suspect on the Run

The thief is described as a white male, about 30 years old, wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and a woollen hat.

Van Found Abandoned

The stolen van was later discovered unattended on Whitebeam Drive, Coxheath.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

“Investigators have been checking CCTV in the area and we are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to call the appeal line,” said PC Ashleigh Fell of maidstone/" title="Maidstone" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Maidstone CID.

“We are also asking motorists with dashcam and residents with privately-held CCTV to check for footage that may assist the investigation.”
