Police Hunt Man After Shocking Attacks on Girls and Woman in North London
London police are on high alert after three disturbing incidents in N15 and N16. Over two days, a man targeted young girls and a young mother, leaving them shaken but unharmed.
Man Shows Porn to Teen, Exposes Himself to Girl, Attacks Woman with Child
- 20 Jan: A 15-year-old girl walking down Rosrevor Avenue, N15, was approached by a man who shockingly showed her pornography on his phone.
- 16 Feb, 7pm: On Linthorpe Road, N16, a 12-year-old girl was confronted by a man who exposed himself before fleeing the scene.
- 16 Feb, 9pm: Later that night on Kyverdale Road, N16, a woman in her 20s pushing a buggy was pushed and had her bottom touched by the suspect, who then ran off.
Police Believe Incidents Are Linked, Urge Public to Help
Detective Constable Patrick Godin said: “We are doing everything we can to identify and apprehend the man responsible. I am asking local people to study the images and footage issued very carefully and contact us immediately if they have information that could help.”
The police have stepped up patrols in the area and are talking to locals to reassure the community. None of the victims suffered serious physical injuries, but all were left deeply distressed.
