Police hunt man after 13-year-old girl sexually assaulted in town centre alleyway

Police were alerted to a shocking incident last summer after a 13-year-old girl was led into an alleyway in the town centre and sexually assaulted. The brave victim fought back, forcing the attacker off her before fleeing the scene.
Investigation hits a wall
Despite a wide-ranging inquiry, detectives have yet to nab a suspect. Greater Manchester Police are anxious for help as the case goes cold.

Officers have revealed a photo of a man linked to a social media account that contacted the victim before the attack. They believe this individual could hold vital clues.
