Five Arrested After Class A Drug Haul in Leamington Raid

Proactive CID Cracks Down on Drug Supply

Leamington Proactive CID swooped on a Windmill Road address yesterday afternoon (Monday 30 November), seizing suspected class A drugs in a major bust.

Five Held Over Suspected Drug Supply

The raid led to the arrests of five suspects:

  • A 16-year-old boy from coventry/" title="Coventry" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Coventry
  • A 52-year-old man from Leamington
  • A 28-year-old woman from Leamington
  • A 57-year-old man from Kenilworth
  • A 50-year-old woman from Leamington

All are suspected of being involved in the supply of class A drugs. They have since been released under investigation as enquiries continue.

Police Appeal for Community Help

“The Proactive CID team has helped remove a substantial amount of class A from the streets of Leamington over recent months,” said Detective Sergeant Sarah Wolsey.

“We urge anyone with information about drug dealing in their community to come forward. Your tips are vital to help us target offenders and make our streets safer.”
