Have you ever seen eyes so full of sadness? Meet Stitch, the little cat with a heartbreaking story.

Trapped in Grief and Hunger

Stitch was spotted outside for five long days. Worried neighbours called the police, who found a grim scene – Stitch’s owner had died days earlier and was still undiscovered. The poor cat was hungry and homeless, left confused and alone.

Police Step In and Rally Rescue

Fareham police reached out to the RSPCA, who—shockingly—couldn’t help. Thankfully, they passed on contact details for Portsmouth Cats Second Chance Animal Rescue. When Second Chance agreed to take Stitch, officers personally delivered him in a squad car.

A Cry for Help in the Rescue Centre

Second Chance has no room left for fosters or permanent homes. So Stitch is stuck in their office, desperate for love and attention. He clings to Janeen, the staff member, refusing to leave her side—making it impossible for her to get work done!

Can You Give Stitch a Home?

Stitch even loves curling up on the laptop. If you can foster or adopt this needy feline, contact Portsmouth Cats Second Chance Animal Rescue now. Share this story and help Stitch find the loving home he deserves.
