Sandwich Assault Horror: Police Hunt Witnesses After Man in 70s Beaten Up
Police are on the lookout for witnesses following a nasty assault in Sandwich.
Man Attacked and Hospitalised
Just before 9.30am on Thursday, June 16, Kent Police were called when a man in his 70s was admitted to hospital with injuries. The assault happened overnight on Strand Street between 10.30pm on June 15 and the early hours of June 16.
Three Suspects Accused of Brutal Attack
Officers say three individuals punched and kicked the victim to the ground. The full circumstances are still under investigation.
