Detectives are hunting a knife-wielding thug who threatened an 11-year-old boy in a terrifying robbery attempt in Swindon.

Knife Threat at Tovey Road Park Shocks Locals

Just after 4.20pm on November 12, a young boy was approached on a path in Tovey Road Park, Pinehurst. A stranger demanded his phone and pulled a knife when the boy refused. Fortunately, the child escaped unharmed and didn’t hand over any property.

Suspect Described: Police Seek Public’s Help

  • Black male, aged 16–17
  • Afro hairstyle
  • Wearing grey tracksuit, grey coat with fluffy hood, and black Nike trainers

Wiltshire Police urge anyone who saw suspicious activity or recognises the suspect to come forward.
