Police rushed to Kingsland Close last night after a man was spotted “acting erratically with a knife.”
Quick Arrest After Hospital Detour
Officers detained a 36-year-old local man at the scene. He was taken to hospital due to a medical issue but has since been discharged. A knife was seized and, thankfully, no injuries were reported.
Weapon Possession Charges Follow
Once released, the man was arrested on suspicion of carrying a weapon in public. He remains in custody as investigations continue.
