Violent Early Morning Brawl Rocks Barking Street

Police were scrambled at 4.32am on Saturday, 30 October after reports of a fight on North Street, Barking.

Two Men Injured, One Rushed to Hospital

Officers found a 33-year-old man with a leg injury and rushed him to hospital via the Ambulance Service. Nearby, a 30-year-old man suffered slash wounds that are not thought to be life-threatening.

Suspect Arrested, Held in Custody

The 30-year-old was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, assault on an emergency worker, and possession of Class A drugs. He is currently in custody at an east London police station.

Police investigations are ongoing.
