Stabbing Shocker in Portsmouth: Police Launch Hunt for Suspect

Police are probing a late-night stabbing in Portsmouth after a violent clash broke out near The Pompey Centre. The scary incident happened at around 9pm on 26 July.

Fight Turns Ugly Near The Pompey Centre

Officers were called to an altercation between two men in the KFC car park on Fratton Way. It’s believed the stabbing actually took place around nearby Frensham Road. The victim fled the scene but was later found by police and rushed to hospital. Thankfully, his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Suspect Description Released

The attacker is described as a Black man wearing a black hooded jacket. Police want to speak to anyone who saw a fight, stabbing, or anything suspicious near The Pompey Centre, Goldsmith Avenue, or Frensham Road around 9pm on 26 July.
