Police Raids Unlicensed Music Event

Just after midnight on Sunday, cops stormed an unlicensed music event (UME) at the Kirtland Centre on Coborn Street, E3. Around 200 ravers were inside when officers forced their way in.

Man Found Critically Ill After Drug Incident

A 20-year-old man was discovered unresponsive and struggling to breathe. Police gave emergency aid before paramedics arrived. He was rushed to hospital and remains in critical condition. So far, there’s no sign he was attacked — medics suspect illegal drugs were to blame.

Arrests Made Amid Tense Crowd

Central East Command Unit officers, backed by the Met’s Territorial Support Group, battled a hostile crowd to shut down the party. They searched for anyone else needing urgent medical help and cleared the area safely.

  • Two teenage girls were nabbed for possession of Class A and B drugs and handling stolen goods.
  • Both remain in police custody.
