Motorcyclist Airlifted After Smash
Serious collision investigators are on the case after a nasty crash on the A229 Bluebell Hill near Maidstone. The accident happened around 2pm on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, on the slip road from the Maidstone-bound carriageway.
A black Yamaha motorcycle slammed into a chalk bank, leaving the 19-year-old rider from Maidstone seriously hurt. He was airlifted to a London hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
Officers Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
Police are desperate to know what caused the smash. They want anyone who saw the bike just before the crash or has dash cam footage from the area to get in touch.
