Ram injured in dog attack on A684 field

North Yorkshire Police are on the case after two terrier-type dogs chased and injured a ram near Spennithorne, Leyburn. The shocking attack happened around 11am on Saturday, November 18, 2023, in a field next to the 1 light controlled bridge on the A684.

Suspects fled on foot with dogs

Eyewitnesses reported seeing two males leaving the scene on foot with the dogs. Officers want anyone who spotted the incident or recognises the men to come forward immediately.
