Huge Crime Crackdown Hits Buckinghamshire
Thames Valley Police launched a major blitz today (12/11) across Buckinghamshire to smash organised crime gangs. Officers executed multiple warrants targeting drug dealers and money launderers in a widespread operation dubbed Operation Riddler.
Raids Sweep Across Six Towns and Beyond
Police raided 19 addresses in towns including 123, just over the border in Berkshire.
So far, 20 arrests have been made. Police seized large sums of cash, drugs, vehicles, clothes and other items believed to be bought with dirty money.
Detective Boss Speaks Out on Major Bust
“This has been a significant operation which has come after more than a year’s investigation and intelligence gathering,” said Detective Chief Inspector Jonathan Chandler of High Wycombe police station.
“We identified key individuals and addresses linked to drug dealing across Buckinghamshire. We know locals have voiced concerns about crime at some of these spots.
“I hope today’s actions reassure the public that their reports have been taken seriously and acted upon. Those behind drug supply ruin communities – we won’t tolerate it.
“We’re committed to bringing offenders to justice and seizing their illegally gained assets.”
