Woman Punches Man Outside Pub in Shocking Late-Night Attack
Violent Assault Rocks High Street
A man was brutally punched by a stranger as he left a pub near the junction of High Street and Almon Place at 10:50pm on Saturday, 27 August 2022. The victim suffered serious facial injuries and had to be rushed to hospital for treatment.
Police Hunting Mystery Woman
Detective Sergeant Colin Cherry from Medway CID described the attack as “violent and unprovoked.” He revealed police have released a blurred image of the suspect and are appealing for anyone who recognises her to come forward.
“While it is blurred we are hoping somebody who recognises the person contacts our appeal line,” said DS Cherry.
