Serious Hit-and-Run on A32: Pedestrian in Critical Condition
Police rush to find driver after a pedestrian is left fighting for life in a nasty collision on the A32.
What Happened?
The crash took place at around 11pm on Friday, July 8, on the northbound carriageway of the A32, just before the Quay Street roundabout.
A pedestrian was struck by a silver, three-door car — possibly a Vauxhall Astra. The victim suffered a serious head injury and remains in critical condition in hospital.
Driver Urged to Come Forward
Police believe the car will have damage to the front offside or windscreen. The driver has not yet been traced.
Officers are calling on the driver to step up and help with their inquiries. If you saw anything or spotted a damaged silver car around that time, call police on 101 immediately.
