The horror collision happened between Junctions 8 and 9 just after 1:30pm. A motorbike and car collided, leaving the rider — a man in his 40s — dead at the scene. Emergency services, including Surrey Police and the air ambulance, rushed to the scene but could not save him. His family have been informed.
