Knife Attack on Night Bus Leaves Man Critical in East London
Police rushed to Mile End Road at just after midnight on Wednesday, 20 October, after a man was spotted carrying a knife aboard a Route N25 bus.
Three Men Injured in Stabbing Incident
Officers arrived to find a 34-year-old man with stab wounds. They administered first aid immediately before paramedics took him to a local hospital. He remains in a critical condition.
Two other men, aged 34 and 22, were also injured with slash wounds. Fortunately, their injuries are not life-threatening.
Suspect Arrested at Scene
A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. He is currently being held at an east London police station.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
A crime scene is still active and inquiries are ongoing. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
