Hit-and-Run Horror: Driver Flees, Leaving Victim Trapped in Leysdown Crash
A driver legged it after a nasty two-car smash on Leysdown Road at around 9pm on Sunday. The other motorist was left trapped in their wrecked car.
Air and Ground Search Launched
A police helicopter was scrambled to scour the area from above, while officers backed by a sniffer dog combed the scene on foot. The frantic search came after the head-on collision involving a BMW and a Nissan near Burden Brothers.
Investigation Underway
