Parcel Driver Threatened in Swinton Layby Robbery
At around 5.15pm on Sunday, 20 November, a 33-year-old parcel delivery driver had a terrifying encounter in Swinton. He was taking a break in his black Volkswagen Golf on Golden Smithies Lane when trouble struck.
Masked Men Strike in Layby
A dark-coloured Transit van, with a registration plate starting with “K,” pulled in behind the driver. Three white men, dressed in dark clothes and with their faces covered, jumped out. They threatened the driver before snatching several parcels from his car.
