Man Targeted in Dagenham Liquid Attack During Failed Robbery
Police are hunting a suspect after a botched robbery on Lodge Avenue, Dagenham, turned nasty on Monday evening.
Liquid Thrown in Shocking Incident
At around 5:30 pm, officers were called to reports that a man had liquid hurled at him during an attempted robbery. Thankfully, tests confirmed the liquid was not corrosive and no serious injuries were reported.
Police Urge Witnesses to Step Up
Detectives are piecing together what happened and want anyone with info to come forward. The suspect fled the scene and remains at large.
