Two Teens Stabbed to Death in South East London Bloodbath

Police were called shortly after 5pm on Saturday, 26 November to reports of stabbings at two separate locations just a mile apart in Abbey Wood and Thamesmead.

At Sewell Road, Abbey Wood, and Titmuss Avenue, Thamesmead, officers found two 16-year-old boys suffering from stab wounds. Despite the valiant efforts of the Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance, both youths were pronounced dead at the scene.

Second Murder Investigation Launched

Crime scenes remain sealed off at both locations as detectives launch a fresh homicide probe. Specialist officers are supporting the families of the victims through this tragic time.

Given the close timing and location of the attacks, police are working urgently to determine if there’s a connection between the killings.

Police Step Up Search with Section 60 Order

A Section 60 order is now in effect until 8am Sunday, 27 November, granting officers extra powers to search for suspects and evidence.
