Two Cars Torched in Folkestone – Police Hunt Arsonist

Kent Police are on the case after two cars went up in flames in Folkestone before dawn. The first blaze broke out on Bouverie Road West at 3.30am on Thursday, 23 January 2020.

Just 30 minutes later, a second car caught fire in Dixwell Road. Firefighters from Kent Fire and Rescue Service swiftly put out both blazes. Thankfully, no one was injured.

Fires Treated as Suspicious

Investigations are underway but officers say the incidents look deliberately set. Detectives want anyone with information—or dashcam and CCTV footage from the area—to get in touch immediately.
